1. Introduction

Wallforge is a mobile app and the wallforge.app website offering a wallpaper gallery and a built-in AI generator. This Policy describes what data we collect, why, and how you can control it. The legal entity operating the service will be named in this section once company registration is finalised.

2. What we collect

On wallforge.app we collect only anonymised technical data via analytics: page visited, referrer, viewport size, coarse IP-based location, device type. In the app we additionally record selected wallpapers, the fact of a generation (without prompt content), and crash reports. We do not collect your name, phone number, precise geolocation, or build advertising profiles.

3. AI generator and text prompts

When you use the AI generator your prompt is sent to our servers, processed by the model, and used to render an image. Prompts are retained for up to 30 days for quality debugging and moderation of disallowed content, after which they are anonymised or deleted.

4. Cookies and analytics

We set a cookie that remembers your selected language. For visit analytics we use Plausible (aggregate stats, no cookies, no cross-site tracking) and Yandex Metrica (visit counter, heatmaps, Webvisor). You can disable Yandex Metrica via your browser settings or a tracker-blocking extension.

5. Third parties and data transfers

Analytics is processed by Plausible Insights OÜ (Estonia) and Yandex LLC (Russia). The site and API are hosted with European and Russian infrastructure providers. We do not sell your data and do not transfer it to third parties for marketing.

6. Your rights

You can request access to your data, correction, restriction of processing, or deletion by writing to hello@wallforge.app. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, GDPR rights apply; in Russia, rights under Federal Law 152-FZ apply.

7. Changes to this policy

For material changes we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, if you have an account, send a short email notification. Continued use of the service after publication means acceptance of the new revision.
