Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By installing and using Wallforge on iOS or Android, or by opening wallforge.app, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any clause, do not use the service. These Terms apply to you as an end user; B2B licensing is negotiated under a separate agreement.
2. What you can do
Wallforge grants you the right to download, install, and use gallery wallpapers and AI-generated images on your personal devices. You may share screenshots of your screens on social media with attribution to Wallforge.
3. What is not allowed
Prohibited: automated scraping of the gallery, reselling wallpapers, using the service to generate NSFW content, images of identifiable real people without consent, extremist symbols, or content that violates the law of your country. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. Prompts and AI generations
You are responsible for the content of your prompts. Images you generate with AI are free to use for personal purposes. Commercial use of AI generations requires a separate licence: write to hello@wallforge.app. We may moderate prompts that violate clause 3 and we do not publish your results to any public feed.
5. Intellectual property
Wallpapers in curated collections remain the property of their authors; Wallforge holds a distribution licence from them for the app. The Wallforge brand, logo, and UI are our property. Use of the brand for your own products or in misleading materials is prohibited.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We aim for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Changes and termination
We may update the Terms to reflect new features or legal requirements; for material changes we will notify you in-app or by email and update the date at the top. You may stop using the service at any time by removing the app and requesting deletion of your data.
